Do you have Sales Management experience within a Technical, Electrical or Construction Products background, looking to take the next step in your career with a specialist manufacturer where you can drive sales performance, lead a team and secure high-value projects?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join an established manufacturer, where you will combine hands-on sales with team leadership, develop key customer relationships and play a pivotal role in the company's continued commercial success.

This specialist manufacturer is operating at a multi-million-pound turnover supplying bespoke equipment across a wide range of industries. With exciting plans for the future, they are now looking for someone to lead their close-knit sales team.

In this varied role, you will lead and develop the Sales team, drive revenue growth and manage key customer relationships, whilst overseeing enquiries and quotations through to successful delivery. You will also focus on securing larger specification-led projects, supporting technical requirements and working closely with production to ensure excellent service and project delivery.

This role will suit a Sales Manager from an Electrical, Construction or Technical Products background, looking to combine hands-on sales with team management within a specialist manufacturer offering long-term career opportunities and bonuses to boost earnings.

The Role:
* Sales Manager
* Lead and develop the Sales team whilst driving sales performance
* Oversee customer enquiries, quotations and project delivery
* Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm), office based

The Person:
* Sales management experience
* Background in Electrical, Construction or Technical Products
* Proven track record of winning projects and developing customer relationships
* Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot and Sage desirable
