The company specialises in renewable heating and energy solutions and is continuing to expand. They are looking for an organised and confident individual to join their team, with the opportunity to progress into more senior positions as the business grows.

The Role:

• Handling incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries.
• General administration and supporting the wider office team.
• Managing customer queries and maintaining accurate records.
• Monday to Thursday, ideally 8am-5pm, Friday finish at 12pm.
• 36-hour working week, office-based.

The Person:

• Previous administration or customer service experience.
• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable handling customer enquiries and resolving problems.
• Able to commute to Thurso.
