Are you a Construction Project Manager looking to take ownership of a specialist, multimillion-pound development for a market-leading business?

This is an opportunity to lead a major investment project with the autonomy to make decisions, influence delivery and see the impact of your work on a large operational site.

This established organisation is a leader in its sector and is investing significantly in its facilities and future capabilities. You will play a central role in that investment, bringing together specialist contractors, consultants and internal teams to turn an ambitious development into reality.

Working client-side, you will manage the project through design, procurement, construction and handover. You will be the driving force behind delivery, taking ownership of the programme, budget and quality while coordinating works around an active manufacturing environment.

This would suit an experienced Construction Project Manager who enjoys complex projects, takes pride in making things happen and wants a substantial development to put their name to.

The Role:

• Take ownership of a specialist, multimillion-pound construction and development project.
• Lead delivery from design and procurement through to construction, commissioning and handover.
• Work closely with site leadership to deliver works alongside ongoing operations.

The Person:

• Experienced Construction Project Manager with a track record of delivering substantial projects.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing or similarly complex operational environments.
• Confident managing contractors, consultants, budgets and project programmes.
