In this role you will manage projects end-to-end, working with JCT contracts, producing specifications of works and supporting delivery across a range of projects. The company offers flexible/hybrid working arrangements depending on project and team needs, with site travel, as required.

This role suits a Building Surveyor with project delivery experience looking for structured development and long-term career progression.

The Role:

• Manage building surveying projects from start to finish
• Work with / administer JCT contracts and specifications of works
• Project management and client/site liaison as needed. Flexible / hybrid working, with site attendance as required

The Person:

• Building Surveyor (Graduate to intermediate level)
• Experience with project delivery, JCT contracts, and specifying works
• Looking for APC support and long-term progression into senior positions, in line with company growth
