Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Graduate Quantity Surveyor looking for a role where you will be put on a structured training plan, shadow senior surveyors and be supported through your RICS Chartership?

On offer is a brilliant opportunity to join an established commercial consultancy, working across a diverse range of projects including refurbishment and new builds within sectors such as residential, healthcare, leisure, hospitality and commercial.

This business has a strong track record of staff retention and is known for its supportive, balanced office environment. Due to continued growth and plans to expand further in the region, they are now looking to add to their surveying team.

In this role you will be office-based in Cardiff with regional site visits (covering the M4 / M5 corridor). You will support cost control and day-to-day commercial duties, learning directly from experienced surveyors with a clear pathway for progression.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor or Graduate with a commercial / quantity surveying degree, looking for long-term development, chartership support and genuine progression.

The Role:

• Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Graduate Project Surveyor position within a commercial consultancy
• Supporting cost control and core commercial / QS duties across multiple sectors
• Office-based in Cardiff with regional site visits (M4 / M5 corridor)
• Shadowing and mentoring from senior surveyors with a structured training plan

The Person:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management (or similar)
• Some Quantity Surveying experience
• Driving licence
• Looking to develop long-term with chartership support and progression
