With a rapidly expanding project pipeline and exciting plans for continued growth, they are looking for an experienced engineer to join their team and play a key role in delivering renewable heating installations to the highest standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of Air Source Heat Pump systems, working across a range of domestic and commercial projects. You will use your technical expertise to diagnose faults, ensure systems operate efficiently and support the continued development of the engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience within Plumbing & Heating, alongside practical knowledge of Air Source Heat Pump systems. You will be confident working independently, solving technical problems and delivering high-quality installations, with relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, G3 Unvented or Heat Pump certifications highly advantageous.

The Role:

• Installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of Air Source Heat Pump systems.

• Diagnose faults, resolve technical issues and ensure high-quality system performance.

• Field-based role covering Birmingham and surrounding areas.

• Ongoing manufacturer training with progression into technical, design, supervisory or management roles.

The Person:

• Experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer with knowledge of Air Source Heat Pump systems.

• Strong technical understanding of domestic heating systems, installations and fault finding.

• Relevant Plumbing & Heating qualifications, with G3, NVQ Level 3 or ASHP qualifications advantageous.

• Based around Birmingham or surrounding areas, with the ability to work independently.
