This rapidly expanding renewable energy company specialises in the installation and maintenance of domestic and commercial Air Source Heat Pump systems. With a growing pipeline of projects and ambitious plans for the future, they are looking to invest in motivated engineers who want to build a long-term career within the renewable heating industry.

In this role, you will be involved in the installation, servicing and maintenance of Air Source Heat Pump systems across domestic and commercial properties. You will receive ongoing technical support and manufacturer training, allowing you to develop your knowledge, gain additional qualifications and become a highly skilled Renewable Heating Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Plumbing & Heating, with at least 1-2 years of industry experience and a minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification. Previous Heat Pump experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as the company is keen to support engineers looking to transition into the renewable energy sector.

The Role:

The Person:

• Plumbing & Heating Engineer with 1-2+ years of industry experience.

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing & Heating or equivalent qualification.

• Interest in renewable energy and developing specialist Heat Pump knowledge.

• Based around Reading, Oxford or surrounding areas.
