Are you a Production Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer with electronics experience looking to join a globally-backed, safety-critical manufacturing site where you can take real ownership of process improvement and new product introduction, with clear long-term development on offer?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing specialist manufacturer in a varied role, supporting production, NPI, engineering change, quality initiatives and customer projects in a fast-paced engineering environment.
This site has a long-standing history and a strong people-first culture, investing in facilities and providing a collaborative, site-based environment where you can learn from experienced colleagues. As a result of continued investment and ongoing customer demand, they are now looking to add to their manufacturing engineering team.
In this role you will manage configuration control and engineering changes, support first-off builds and production readiness, create and maintain work instructions, build standards, test documentation and BOMs, and drive root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methods. You will also liaise with customers and suppliers on technical requirements, supporting tooling, calibration and process development.

The Role:
- Production / Manufacturing Engineering role supporting electronics manufacturing (site-based)
- NPI support, first-off builds, production readiness and engineering change control
- Work instructions, build standards, test documentation and BOM maintenance

- 4-day working week: Monday to Thursday, 7:15am to 5:30pm
The Person:
- Experience as a Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or similar
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering documentation, with ability to read technical drawings
- Comfortable working cross-functionally (production, test, quality, purchasing) in a hands-on environment
