Are you a Laboratory Manager from a Materials background looking to take full ownership of a busy testing lab, leading a team and stepping to a key position within a close-knit business with a clear route into senior leadership?

The company, who are at the forefront of their industry, have built an excellent reputation. Due to continued success, they are now looking for an experienced Lab Manager to lead the day to day running of the laboratory to continue delivering a high-quality service to their clients.

In this Monday to Friday days-based role, you will manage a team of technicians, job plan, audit and be the go-to point of contact for the company's clients.

The is an excellent opportunity for a Lab Manager from a Materials background looking for full responsibility and autonomy, whilst progressing their career into a senior leadership position.

The Role:

• Laboratory Management
• Managing team of technicians
• Monday to Friday (8:30 - 17:30)

The Person

• Lab Manager within materials
• Experience of soils/concrete
• Commutable to Kettering
