Are you a Handyperson/Fabric Technician/Tradesperson, looking for a shift-based role offering ongoing technical training and career progression opportunities?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will be based at one site carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance with the chance to significantly increase your earnings through enhanced overtime rates.

Alongside this the company will support your development as an Engineer with funding available to complete training courses and become a multiskilled Engineer, with progression available to senior or managerial positions.

This position would suit somebody from a general tradesperson/maintenance background, looking for a shift role with career development.

The Role:

• Carrying out PPM & Reactive building fabric maintenance across the site
• Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering and general fabric repairs
• Ongoing training and career development

The Candidate:

• Fabric/Handyperson/General Tradesperson maintenance background
• Looking to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
