Are you an experienced Linesperson looking to maximise your earnings whilst receiving industry-leading training, further qualifications and the opportunity to progress within a major electricity distribution company?

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading electricity network operators, offering the chance to earn £70,000-£80,000 with overtime, alongside extensive training, additional LV/HV authorisations and support towards HNC/HND qualifications. You will also benefit from a local working patch, no regular stayaways and excellent long-term career prospects.

This well-established organisation is continuing to invest heavily in its electrical infrastructure and the development of its engineers. With dedicated training facilities, structured progression pathways and opportunities to develop into senior technical or supervisory positions, they are looking for experienced Linespeople to strengthen their teams across Essex.

In this role, you will carry out construction, maintenance and repairs on LV/HV overhead networks, working alongside experienced engineers on fault restoration, planned maintenance and network improvement projects.

The Role:

• Construction, maintenance and repair of LV/HV overhead power lines
• Fault finding, network repairs and restoration of electrical supplies
• Live-line working where appropriately trained and authorised
• Working in small teams across a localised patch
• Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, with overtime available
• Company van and fuel card, no regular stayaways
• Extensive training, further LV/HV authorisations and HNC/HND development opportunities

The Person:

• Experience as a Linesperson / Overhead Linesperson / Linesman
• Background working on electricity distribution networks, ideally for a DNO
• Experience with LV/HV overhead lines and relevant authorisations
• Live-line experience advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
