£45,000 - £50,000 (Up to £55,000 DOE) + Overtime + Call Out + Company Van + 33 Days Holiday + Private Healthcare + Enhanced Pension

Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer with experience working on VRVs, VRFs, Splits and Chillers, looking for a regional role offering excellent earning potential and a strong benefits package?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing facilities management business, where you will cover a regional patch around the M25 corridor, predominantly working across retail sites. The company provides planned and reactive maintenance services to major commercial clients.

You will carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs across a range of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration equipment. The role is primarily regional, with travel further afield only required as a last resort.

The position also includes a 1-in-4 call-out rota, paying £150 per week, with the first call-out paid at a minimum of four hours. Travel time is paid after the first 30 minutes each way.

This would suit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a secure position with a manageable patch, overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance, 33 days' holiday and an enhamced pension contribution.

The Role

• Service, maintenance and repair of VRVs, VRFs, Splits and Chillers
• Planned and reactive maintenance across predominantly retail sites
• Regional M25 corridor patch
• 1-in-4 call-out rota - £150 per week + minimum 4 hours for first call-out
• Travel paid after first 30 minutes each way
• Monday-Friday, 40-hour week with overtime available AC Engineer - London

The Person

• Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer
• F-Gas Category 1
• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
• Experience with VRV, VRF, Splits and Chillers AC Engineer - London
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Enhanced DBS advantageous
