Are you an experienced leader from the domestic renewables sector looking for the opportunity to take full responsibility for a branch and directly influence its culture, structure and future growth?
Do you have experience within a domestic installation business, with a strong understanding of operations, finances, people management and technical delivery?
On offer is a permanent position with an established domestic renewable installer, where you will take responsibility for a key branch and play a major role in shaping how the business operates moving forward. This is a high-responsibility position with significant scope to make your mark within a growing business.
The company specialises in domestic heat pumps and solar PV, with exciting plans to expand their service offering. Following a period of structural change, they are now looking for a Branch Manager who can bring resilience, technical understanding and a hands-on approach to strengthen the branch and support its continued growth.

You'll need a strong understanding of domestic installation businesses, the ability to manage teams and knowledge of operational and financial performance, with the autonomy to help shape the branch culture and how it operates.
This role would suit an experienced manager from a domestic renewable installation background looking for a high level of responsibility, with the opportunity to grow the branch, support future acquisitions and potentially progress into a Regional Manager position as the business continues to expand.

- Managing and developing the branch team across surveying, installation and office functions
- Helping shape the culture, structure and processes of the branch
- Supporting the continued growth of the domestic heat pump and solar PV business
- Overseeing operational, financial and performance targets
- Working from the office to support the wider business and installation teams
The Person:
- Previous management experience within a domestic installation business
- Industry experience across heat pumps, solar PV or air conditioning, with a strong technical understanding of the systems
- Understanding of operational and financial performance
- Resilient, proactive and able to challenge when required
