Stores & Inventory Coordinator

Are you a Stores / Warehouse / Inventory professional looking for a stable, long-term role with a well-established business where you can take ownership of goods-in, stock control and dispatch in a clean and organised environment?

On offer is a secure, permanent position supporting a busy workshop and production team, where you will play a key part in keeping materials flowing through the business receiving and inspecting deliveries, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring production and customer orders are supported on time.

You will be joining an established, specialist manufacturer known for quality and compliance, with a strong focus on traceability, accurate documentation and doing things properly. Due to continued requirements across manufacturing and customer delivery, they are now looking to strengthen their stores function.

In this role you will receipt incoming deliveries into the ERP system, check quantities, part numbers and documentation (including Certificates of Conformity), quarantine non-conforming items, complete cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and support annual stocktakes. You will also pick and issue materials for production, and pick/pack customer orders accurately with the correct serial numbers and paperwork.

This role would suit someone with stores / inventory experience, looking for a stable role with clear day-to-day responsibilities and long-term security.

The Role:

• Goods-in receiving, inspection and accurate receipting into the ERP system
• Stock control: cycle counts, stock movements, discrepancy investigation and supporting stocktakes
• Picking/issuing materials to support manufacturing schedules
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders with correct documentation and traceability
• On-site role in Redhill, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

The Person:

• Previous stores/warehouse/inventory experience within manufacturing or engineering
• Comfortable using ERP / inventory systems and working accurately with quantities and records
• Full UK driving licence and strong attention to detail
