Are you an experienced Utility Surveyor looking to join an established business that will invest in your development through recognised Level 3/5 training and clear long-term progression?

On offer is a secure, permanent position with a respected surveying specialist, where you'll work across a variety of utility and topographical surveys throughout the Central Belt, combining site-based surveying with data processing and CAD deliverables.

The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality surveys and completing projects on time. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now looking to add another Surveyor to their team.

In this role, you'll typically spend 2-3 days per week on site, using GPR and specialist survey equipment to accurately locate and map underground utilities. You'll then return to the office to process and interpret the data before producing accurate CAD drawings and final survey deliverables.

This role would suit a Utility Surveyor looking to take projects from site through to completion, develop their PAS128 expertise and progress towards Senior / Principal level within a company that actively supports training and professional development.

The Role:

• Utility and topographical surveying across sites throughout the Central Belt, with some travel across Scotland
• Using GPR and specialist survey equipment to locate and map underground utilities
• Downloading, processing and interpreting survey data
• Producing accurate CAD drawings and final survey deliverables

The Person:

• Previous experience in utility and/or topographical surveying
• Working knowledge of PAS128 standards, or a strong desire to develop this expertise
• Full UK driving license
