Are you an accomplished Branch Manager from an engineering, logistics or manufacturing background, looking to take full ownership of a high-profile operation and make a genuine impact across the site?

This well-established organisation operates within a fast-paced technical environment, delivering high-quality services to a varied customer base within the telecoms industry. It continues to invest in its people and operations, offering a stable platform with genuine scope to improve performance and make an impact.

In this days-based role, you will take control of day-to-day operations, with full responsibility for the P&L, budget and KPI delivery. You will optimise productivity, capacity and cost control, maintain quality and on-time delivery, and coach your team to consistently raise standards.

The role would suit a commercially astute leader who can think strategically, balance competing priorities and build trusted relationships with customers and employees. You will be confident solving problems quickly and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

• Lead site operations, safety, quality and on-time delivery
• Own daily P&L, budgets, KPIs and operational performance
• Drive productivity, capacity, continuous improvement and cost control
• Lead, coach and develop teams while managing key customer relationships
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm with flexibility required

The Person:

• Proven site, branch or operations leadership experience
• Engineering, logistics or manufacturing background
• Strong financial understanding, including P&L and budget ownership
• Confident customer-facing leader with excellent people-development skills
• Business, Supply Chain Management or related degree preferred, or equivalent experience
