Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or commercially minded project professional, looking to develop your career while gaining exposure to a large and varied programme of construction and refurbishment works?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a leading UK facilities and project services provider, supporting a substantial lifecycle programme across a secure estate. You'll work across a portfolio of approximately 50-60 projects at different stages, ranging from smaller repair and improvement works through to larger refurbishment and refit projects.

Working alongside experienced commercial, asset and project professionals, you'll develop your experience across tendering, subcontract procurement, quotation reviews, cost reporting and forecasting. The company places a strong emphasis on practical development and will support you in building your commercial and technical knowledge.

The company are the UK's leading facilities management business and you will be working on a keys business contract and due to the continued growth of this area, they are no looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

This position would suit somebody with experience of Quantity Surveying, commercial or project support and is looking for the next step in their career.

The Role:

• Support 50-60 lifecycle, refurbishment and improvement projects
• Review quotations, project costs and tenders for value and compliance
• Ongoing training and development opportunities
• Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours, with occasional travel to a second site

The Candidate:

• Experience in Quantity Surveying, commercial or project support
• Construction, FM, civil engineering, utilities or defence background
• Due to security clearance requirements, candidates must hold a UK passport
