Are you a Manual Machinist with experience operating conventional machinery such as lathes, mills and grinders looking for a highly secure, long-term and permanent role?

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established engineering company where you'll be given continued training across new machinery alongside technical progression to be the go-to-expert.

The company are a multi-million pound global manufacturer of specialist equipment. They work in some of the most innovative fields included renewable energy.

This is a Monday - Friday days based role covering 36 hours per week. You'll be responsible for setting and operating manual machinery, working from engineering drawings and machining components to precise tolerances.

The Role:

• Setting and operating manual lathes, mills, drills, boring and grinding machines
• Precision measurement using calipers and micrometers
• 36.5-hour working week

The Person:

• Manual machining experience
• Ideally apprentice trained or mechanically qualified
• Commutable to Croydon
