Are you from a field within Land and Wildlife, e.g. conservation, ecology, environmental and looking for the opportunity to step into a training role where you can pass on your knowledge and genuinely inspire students, gaining full training into teaching whilst having the ability to step into senior positions in future?

In this role you will plan and deliver lessons and assessments, track and support learner progress, contribute to quality assurance and standardisation, and provide information, advice and guidance to learners and prospective learners. You will also strengthen links with key stakeholders including employers, industry, learners and parents.

This role would suit a professional coming from a Land & Wildlife, Conservation, Ecology, Environmental or similar background, looking for a secure role where you can take pride in high standards, keep your skills current, and make a positive impact on learner progression.

The Role:

Deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment across Land and Wildlife / Greenspace
Plan schemes of work and lesson plans, using innovative assessment methods
Track learner progress, provide timely feedback, and support learner success
Contribute to quality assurance, standardisation and continuous improvement activities
Engage with stakeholders including employers, learners and parents, and support recruitment events

The Person:
Background delivering education/training in Land and Wildlife, greenspace or a related land-based subject
Committed to CPD, reflective practice, and maintaining current industry standards
Passionate about inclusive, high-quality teaching and supporting learners to reach their potential
