Do you have CAD experience within building & construction background? Do you want to build a long-term career in BIM, with structured development, mentoring and a clear technical progression route? Are you looking to join a well-established, growing design business working on large-scale industrial projects, where you can develop into a recognised BIM specialist?

On offer is a permanent role where you will receive structured BIM development under senior guidance, CPD alongside on-the-job support and day-to-day in-house mentoring. This is a role designed for someone with building & construction / technical understanding who wants to deepen their BIM capability and progress long-term.

You will be joining an established architectural and technical design business, part of a wider global group, known for delivering specialist industrial sector projects with a high level of repeat business. Due to continued success and ongoing project delivery, they are now looking to add to their BIM function.

You will learn to support BIM project delivery across all stages, coordinating models and checking quality. You will assist with audits and reviews, reporting and clash detection, working with internal teams and external consultants while developing your BIM skills on live projects.

This role would suit a CAD Technician / Junior BIM Coordinator or Revit / Architectural Technician with building & construction knowledge, looking for structured development, mentoring and clear technical progression in BIM.

The Role:

• Support BIM delivery across projects, from coordination through to handover stages
• Coordinate models, carry out quality checks, and support clash detection/reviews
• Work with project teams, consultants and stakeholders to maintain standards

The Person:

• CAD experience within Building & Construction
• Building understanding and can read models/drawings to spot issues
• Experience with BIM coordination tasks (clash detection, audits, model checks) or or actively looking to build a long-term career in BIM
