Are you a Concrete Supervisor or Foreman looking for a long-term, permanent role with a well-established contractor? Are you willing to regularly travel & stay away?

On offer is a permanent position with a long-standing specialist contractor delivering large-scale concrete floors and civil works across Scotland, working with a down-to-earth team and plenty of work available.

This company has been established for 30 years with a strong reputation for quality and a high level of long-term staff retention. Due to continued demand of work, they are looking to add another Concrete Supervisor to strengthen their delivery team.

In this role you will manage skilled operatives and subcontractors, plan plant and equipment, run works to drawings and programme, and ensure health & safety and quality standards are met. This is a nationwide position across Scotland and may involve staying away depending on project location.

This role would suit a Concrete Supervisor from a concreting / civils background, looking for stable long-term work, overtime potential, and training support within an established contractor.

The Role:

• Supervising large concrete pours and associated concrete works across Scotland
• Managing operatives and subcontractors, working to drawings and specifications
• Organising plant/equipment, working to programme and deadlines
• Ensuring H&S compliance and completing quality checks
• Nationwide travel with occasional staying away depending on site

The Person:

• Experience supervising concrete works / large pours on construction or civils projects
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• CSCS
• Full Driving License
