In this role, you'll work as a Mobile Vehicle Technician covering sites across Buckinghamshire and North Oxfordshire, including Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, High Wycombe, Stoke Mandeville, Kidlington and Adderbury. You'll start your day from home, receive your jobs for the day and have the autonomy to plan the most effective route between sites. When there isn't sufficient mobile work, you'll work from the modern Aylesbury workshop alongside the wider technical team.

The ideal candidate will be a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic or Automotive Technician with strong servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and fault-finding experience. You could come from a main dealer, independent garage, fleet, commercial vehicle or similar environment. More importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys variety, can work independently and has the flexibility to work as part of a team to get the job finished rather than simply watching the clock.

The Role:

*Mobile servicing, maintenance and repair of specialist vehicles
*Start your working day from home
*Company van provided
*Cover sites across Buckinghamshire and North Oxfordshire
*Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and technical repairs
*Plan your own route between jobs each day
*Work from the Aylesbury workshop when not required in the field
*Ongoing specialist and technical training
*Monday-Friday with one Saturday per month
*Friday off following the Saturday worked
*Overtime opportunities available
The Person:
*Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Automotive Technician background
*Level 3 Vehicle qualification preferred
*Level 2 candidates considered if willing to complete Level 3
*Experience from a main dealer, independent garage, fleet, commercial or similar environment
*Strong servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and fault-finding skills
*Comfortable working independently in a mobile position
*Flexible approach and strong team mentality
*Happy to travel throughout Buckinghamshire and North Oxfordshire
*Must be able to commute to the Aylesbury workshop when required
*Looking for variety, autonomy and continued technical development
