On offer is a 3-month fixed term contract within a domestic renewables specialist, where you will take the lead on stabilising and structuring a busy installation branch, improving operational performance and embedding clear processes across the office and delivery teams.

The company operate in the domestic renewables space (heat pumps and solar PV, with future plans to expand into air conditioning) and are actively growing through acquisition, creating an environment where strong leadership and accountability are key to continued success.

In this role you will run the York branch, overseeing day-to-day operations, improving planning and stock control, and working closely across sales/marketing and finance to drive performance and standards.

This role would suit a resilient, hands-on leader from a domestic installation business who wants autonomy, responsibility and a defined 3-month contract focused on delivery and results.

The Role:

• 3-month fixed term contract leading a domestic renewables installation branch (heat pumps / solar PV)
• Improve operational standards, planning and stock control
• Work closely with sales/marketing and finance to drive branch performance
• Office-based role in York

The Person:

• Experience managing/leading within a domestic installation business
• Technical understanding of heat pumps, solar PV and/or air conditioning systems
• Commercial awareness across operations, finance and sales/marketing
