Are you a Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Engineer from an Electrical or Mechanical background looking to join a well-established manufacturing business where you can lead an engineering function and drive continuous improvement across site operations?

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a key leadership role with a market-leading manufacturer that is known for investing in its people, equipment and long-term growth plans.

As part of the company's ongoing commitment to operational excellence, they are looking to appoint a Maintenance Manager to lead engineering activities and drive plant performance across the site.

In this role, you will lead the maintenance and engineering function, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance activities, managing a team of engineers and contractors, and ensuring high levels of plant reliability, safety and operational performance.

This position would suit a Maintenance Manager, Lead Engineer or Senior Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience looking to take ownership of a busy manufacturing site's engineering operations.

The Role:

• Lead the site maintenance and engineering function
• Manage PPM schedules, plant reliability and continuous improvement projects
• Oversee engineers, contractors and maintenance activities across site
• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 16:00pm
• £62,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Overtime + Training + Progression

The Person:

• Maintenance Manager / Lead Engineer / Senior Maintenance Engineer
• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background
• Experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment
• Commutable to Houghton Le Spring
