Workshop-Based: Commutable from Plymouth, Saltash, Ivybridge, Tavistock and surrounding areas

Are you a Technical Manager or similar with a manufacturing background, looking for a senior position where you will be responsible for the operations of a highly technical manufacturing company? This role offers the opportunity to become a senior member of the business, with the potential to progress into a General Manager position within the next few years.

The Role:
*Overseeing business functions from the workshop through to commercial operations
*Managing and developing a team of over 40 staff
* Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the business

The Person:
*Managerial experience within a manufacturing or similar technical environment
*Mechanical or manufacturing background
*Highly motivated and looking for a high level of responsibility
