Are you an experienced Electrical Improver looking for support towards your NVQ Level 3, training within Solar and Renewables, a great work life balance, and excellent opportunities to progress into senior positions as the company continues to grow?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company specialising in Solar and Battery installations, offering ongoing training and genuine opportunities to progress into senior positions.

The company is looking for long term hires who want to develop alongside the business. You will be supported with further training and qualifications while working within a close-knit and supportive team.
The Role:

• Domestic Solar and Battery installations
• Predominantly domestic projects with occasional commercial work
• Covering Southampton and surrounding areas
• Training on solar and support on NVQ level 3 and AM2
• Opportunities for long-term progression

The Person:

• 3+ years of electrical experience
• NVQ Level 2 Qualified and working towards level 3
• Solar and Battery experience advantageous
• Strong electrical installation experience
• Full UK driving license
• Looking for a long term career within the renewable energy industry
