Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer or Engineering Supervisor with strong maintenance and control room experience, looking to take the next step into a key management position?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a major UK facilities and engineering organisation supporting complex, highly regulated environments across the country. You'll take responsibility for a team of engineers while overseeing critical Mechanical, Electrical, BMS and HV systems to ensure safe, reliable and compliant site operations.

Alongside this you'll have genuine responsibility for day-to-day engineering operations, managing PPM delivery, KPIs, SLAs, permits and subcontractor activities while working closely with senior management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer, Engineering Supervisor or Shift Manager who wants to move into a role combining hands-on technical knowledge with leadership, compliance and operational responsibility.

The Role:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers across a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
• Manage permits, RAMS approvals and safe systems of work
• Ongoing training & development opportunities

The Candidate:

• Electrically-biased
• Previous experience supervising or managing engineers a maintenance environment
• Due to security clearance requirements, applicants must hold British citizenship
