Are you a Production Manager from a manufacturing background, looking to join a well-established company in an autonomous and highly rewarding role, working Monday to Thursday on days?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company where you will oversee production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a company renowned for its focus on employee development.

The company is a unique, specialist manufacturer trusted as a number-one supplier by companies across the world. They are now looking for a Production Manager to continue their established success.

You will be responsible for overseeing production, implementing LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives, organising production schedules, and ensuring efficient production across the manufacturing facility. This is a four-day working week, Monday to Thursday.

This role would suit a Production Manager looking to join a well-established company where they can have a high level of influence, with a great work-life balance and a four-day working week.

The Role:

• Manage production operations and performance on sit
• A mix of people management and hands-on LEAN and continuous improvement projects.
• Monday to Thursday (Days)
