Are you a Rooftop Estimator/BDM from a commercial roofing background looking to win and price projects with real autonomy, backed up by Bonus/Commission and a Car Allowance? Do you have strong technical knowledge of commercial rooftops and enjoy turning roof surveys and opportunities into signed work?

This is a permanent role with a well-established commercial renewables business, building a new arm focused on commercial rooftop solutions. You'll be the key person driving this growth, with the business happy to support Training On Solar so you can add PV to your offering without losing your roofing specialism.

The company has a solid reputation, existing client base and order book, and clear plans to grow this division. You won't be one of many estimators behind a desk; you'll be the person shaping how projects are identified, scoped, priced and won.

Based from Trafford Park, you'll target commercial rooftops and sell complete rooftop solutions, combining roof repairs/works with Solar PV as part of the wider package.

This role suits a Rooftop Estimator/BDM motivated by success, who wants ownership of a growing roofing-led division and the long-term opportunity to build a team around the function.

The Role:

• Estimating and business development for commercial rooftop projects (roof works/repairs packaged with Solar PV)
• Generating opportunities by identifying commercial roofs (on the ground and via remote research) and selling full solutions
• Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (permanent position)

The Person:

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial rooftops (essential)
• Experience estimating, surveying, selling or pricing commercial roofing projects
• Confident, proactive and comfortable approaching businesses to open doors and win work
