Are you an Electrical Project Manager or Contracts Manager with experience across commercial and industrial projects, looking to join an established company offering an excellent package and long-term progression?

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a variety of electrical projects, where you will play a key role from initial estimating and tendering through to project delivery and final account.

The company are a highly successful and established business delivering projects across the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to strengthen their Building Services team.

In this varied role, you will manage electrical projects ranging from £10,000 to £1 million, taking responsibility for estimating, tendering, project delivery, cost control and coordinating engineers, subcontractors and site teams.

This role would suit an Electrical Project Manager or Contracts Manager with strong technical electrical knowledge and experience of estimating, tendering and delivering commercial electrical projects.

The Role:

• Manage electrical projects from estimating and tender through to completion
• Deliver commercial, retail and industrial projects valued from £10,000 to £1 million
• Prepare estimates, tenders, quotations and project pricing
• Manage costs, variations, programmes, labour and resources
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers while managing client relationships

The Person:

• Electrical Project Manager / Electrical Contracts Manager
• Commercial and industrial electrical project experience
• Strong estimating, tendering and commercial experience
• Level 3 Electrical qualification, 18th Edition and Inspection & Testing
• SMSTS, ECS Card and Full UK Driving Licence
