Are you a Carpenter (Full Training to Quality Inspector) looking for genuine technical progression, full training, and a role where you can manage your own workload? Do you have a strong carpentry background and enjoy working to a high-quality standard on site?

This company are specialists within timber roofing across the UK, with a great culture strong emphasis on training and internal progression. Offering full hands-on structured training to you into a Quality Inspector role, you will also get the opportunity to gain additional qualifications such as a SSSTS.

You'll be joining a respected, long-standing employer with a strong market presence, where you'll have real autonomy day-to-day and the backing of a team that will train you properly on their systems and standards.

In this role you will travel across the South West visiting live residential sites, inspecting timber-frame roofing installations, checking work is completed to drawings and method statements, and signing work off to the required quality standard.

This role suits a carpenter who is motivated by technical progression and becoming a quality specialist, with the confidence to work independently and communicate well with site teams.

The Role:

• Site-based inspections across the South West for timber-frame / panelised roofing installations
• Check installs against construction drawings and method statements, then sign work off
• Full hands on training and the chance to gain additional qualifications

The Person:

• CSCS card (construction trade)
• Strong carpentry background with high attention to detail
• Able to read construction drawings and communicate confidently on site
