Are you a Small Works Manager or experienced Site Manager looking for an autonomous role managing a variety of specialist projects?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects from initial planning through to completion. Working for a rapidly growing business, you will play a vital role as the company continues to grow.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of small works, developing project plans, schedules and cost estimates. You will also liaise closely with clients and consultants, conduct site inspections and oversee all required project documentation.

This position would suit someone with construction project or site management experience who is looking for a varied role offering responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to develop their career.

• Manage construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects

The Person:

• Experience within the construction industry
• Background in small works, project management or site management
• Understanding of project logistics and delivery
