Are you an HV Cable Jointer with experience working on 11kV cable systems, looking to join a specialist company offering excellent earning potential through overtime alongside genuine technical progression?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing cable jointing specialist working on a variety of HV projects across London, Sussex, Kent and the wider South East. Due to continued project demand, they are looking to strengthen their permanent team with an additional Cable Jointer.

The company works across a broad range of HV cable systems, with the majority of projects covering 11kV, 33kV and 66kV, alongside higher-voltage work up to 132kV and 400kV. You will work across different cable types and projects rather than being limited to one particular network or cable system, giving you excellent technical exposure.

They are happy to consider both experienced multi-voltage Jointers and recently qualified 11kV Jointers with genuine hands-on experience. For someone earlier in their career, there is a clear route to develop through further jointing courses, network authorisations, product familiarisation and higher-voltage training, all paid for by the company.

You will predominantly work across the South East, although there will be opportunities to work on projects further afield. There is plenty of overtime available through weekends, nights and working away, all paid at enhanced rates, with hotels and food allowances provided when staying away.

The Role:

• HV cable jointing across 11kV, 33kV and higher-voltage systems
• Work across varied cable types, networks and HV projects
• Predominantly covering London, Sussex, Kent and the South East
• Nights, weekends and working away depending on project requirements
• Ongoing jointing, product, authorisation and higher-voltage training

The Person:

• HV Cable Jointer with a minimum of 11kV experience
• Relevant cable jointing qualifications, certificates or authorisations
• Strong hands-on jointing experience across HV cable systems
• Flexible towards travel, working away, nights and overtime
• Full UK driving licence
