Are you a Moulder / Core Maker with foundry experience looking for a stable, days-based role with on-the-job training and the chance to progress?

This is a permanent position within a well-established company, offering consistent day shifts and a clear route to build your skills further.

You'll be joining a manufacturing business producing components for high-profile end users. It's a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in practical craftsmanship and wants to be part of a specialist production team.

In this role you will be responsible for creating moulds/cores using sand and patterns, assembling moulds and carrying out metal pouring, working to site safety and quality standards.

This role suits a package-driven, hands-on candidate who wants a stable day shift, good hourly rate, and the chance to develop and progress within a foundry environment.

The Role:

• Mould and core making within a foundry environment
• Metal pouring into assembled moulds as part of foundry production
• Day shift: 6:00am - 2pm

The Person:

• Experience in a foundry environment
• Background in sand moulding and/or core making
• Commutable to Ipswich
