Are you an Administrator from a construction / facilities background looking for a secure, long-term position within a friendly and supportive company?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing organisation offering a highly varied role, plenty of on-the-job training and long term job security.

You will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and suppliers, helping to coordinate projects from the initial planning stages through to completion. Your responsibilities will include managing documentation, raising purchase orders, tracking project costs, assisting with quotations, preparing reports and ensuring project information remains accurate and up to date.

The role would suit an Administrator who enjoys variety and is looking for a varied role within a supportive environment.

The Role

• Providing administrative support across a range of construction projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and project documentation
• Monday to Friday, office-based position

The Person

• Previous administrative experience within the construction industry
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and IT systems
