The company have gone from strength to strength and are now the trusted supplier to customers all over the world. Due to continued growth and ongoing success, they are now seeking a Production Team Leader to strengthen their nights team.

You will be responsible for leading operators across key production lines, taking responsibility for production output, quality, and health & safety during the night shift.

This role suits a candidate with experience leading a team, who wants responsibility, autonomy and the chance to run a shift, looking to join a company who pride themselves on its employee development.

The Role:

• Leading a team of operators on night shift
• Taking responsibility for the site during shift, driving KPIs, quality standards and health & safety compliance
• Sunday to Thursday (Permanent nights)

The candidate:

• Previous experience leading a production/operations team in a manufacturing environment
• Confident driving performance against KPIs, with strong health & safety and quality awareness
