Are you a Production Manager looking to take full ownership of a busy manufacturing operation, with a genuine 4-day working week? Do you enjoy leading teams and driving continuous improvement (Lean / Kaizen / 5S) in a hands-on role?

This is a permanent, days-based position offering long-term stability and the chance to run production across key operational areas, with a Monday-Thursday working pattern that gives you a consistent routine and a better work/life balance.

You'll be joining a specialist manufacturing business where quality, delivery and process control are central to everything they do, and where you'll have the platform to make a real impact through improvement projects, cost control and strong leadership on site, ensuring work is delivered in line with the production plan and quality policy, while developing and motivating a high-performing team.

This role suits a Production Manager motivated by responsibility, ownership and leading people-someone who wants autonomy to improve performance, drive standards and influence how a site operates day-to-day.

The Role:

• Site-based Production Manager
• Manage safety, quality and delivery; production scheduling; continuous improvement (5S / SMED / TPM / Kaizen)
• Monday - Thursday, 07:00 - 17:00 (permanent, on-site)
  

The Person:

• HND or Degree in Manufacturing / Engineering (essential)
• Production leadership experience within manufacturing, with Lean / Six Sigma and Kaizen events experience
• Confident leading teams and interpreting drawings/data to resolve production issues and improve processes
