Project Administrator (6 Month FTC)

Are you an Administrator or Document Controller, wanting to work on a unique project supporting a major business acquisition and document novation?

Excellent opportunity to join a growing construction consultancy, where you will have the autonomy to coordinate key stakeholders, solve problems and keep strategic projects moving forwards.

In this role, you will play a key part in the integration of a recently acquired business, taking ownership of the novation of approximately 150 documents and contracts. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and multiple teams, receiving full training before being trusted to manage the process independently.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration or document control experience, excellent attention to detail, strong Microsoft Office skills especially Adobe Sign and the ability to work proactively and autonomously.

The Role:

  • Support a key acquisition and integration project, managing the novation of approximately 150 documents from start to completion.
  • Liaise closely with multiple internal teams and senior stakeholders, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the process continues to move efficiently.
  • Accurately process and track documentation using Microsoft Office and Adobe Sign; Birmingham office based.

The Person:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and experience managing complex administration.
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders, with strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Sign skills and the ability to work proactively and independently once trained.
  • Previous M&A, acquisition/integration, or document novation experience would be advantageous, but is not essential. Candidates with transferable backgrounds will be considered.
