This specialist manufacturer operates at a multi-million-pound turnover, supplying signage and fabricated metal products to a wide range of industries, including construction, rail and highway networks. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are now seeking to add to their successful team.

In this varied role, you will take responsibility for the commercial management and NEC4 contract administration of a multi-site programme involving bus shelters, street furniture, and associated highway works. This role is predominantly office based, with travel to local client sites required.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor, with NEC4 experience, looking to progress their career with a genuine market leader who have exciting plans for future growth, and can progress your career into senior roles.

The Role:
- Project Quantity Surveyor
- Commercial management and NEC4 contract administration
- Monday to Friday, up to £50,000 DOE + Car Allowance

The Person:
- Quantity Surveyor / Project QS
- Background in construction, civil engineering, highways or similar environment
- Knowledge of NEC4
- Full UK Driving License
