Working alongside the production supervisor, you will have the responsibility to oversee the workshop and manage a range of aspects of the business, including promotions, checking internal systems, liaising between departments and teams as well as managing a team of workshop based engineers, and their workloads. You will be working in a busy environment so will have to utilise excellent organisation and man-management skills to ensure the workshop operations continue to run smoothly and effectively.
