Technical Sales Representative
(CNC/Machine shop background)
Bessemer City, NC
$65,000 - $80,000 + Commission (25K OTE) + Medical + Dental + Vision + 401k + 3 weeks of PTO
Are you from a machine shop or CNC background looking to step into a sales position where you will get specialized training and will work with clients to understand their needs and come up with solutions?
Do you want to work for a market leading organization that has a fantastic reputation and are expanding their offerings through new products that are supplied into the machining industries?
In this role you will be the first point of contact for inbound clients, where you will be working to understand their needs and come up with a solution by offering both off the shelf parts or new products to best fit their problems. You will be travelling 50% of the time to client sites across the state and beyond.
This is a great chance for someone from a CNC or machine shop background to take a role in sales where you can progress your career through specialized training and can increase your earnings through overtime.
The Role:
- Work with clients to understand their needs and then come up with solutions by using both off the shelf and new products
- Develop expert-level knowledge specific manufacturing components
- Travelling 50% to client sites to meet with engineering teams
The Candidate:
- CNC, Machine shop or Precision manufacturing background
- Ideally some sales, applications or similar experience
- Looking to move into a sales position
