A great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join an expanding M&E business in a key role overseeing their HVAC projects. Progressive opportunities into renewable and sustainable industries.

Do you have experience as a project manager within HVAC/ M&E industries? Are you able to understand CAD drawings?

This established business are now looking for a technical project manager to oversee various project with a range of commercial clients. They are currently undergoing a sustained period of growth having secured a variety of new contracts and have the plans to expand into renewable sectors moving forward.

The role itself will be overseeing a range of projects, providing technical support to the engineers whilst also overseeing existing contracts and signing off new tenders. The position will be based primarily at the depot near Cheshunt, with occasional travel to customer sites.

Therefore having experience within M&E/HVAC industry will be important, with a clear understanding of CAD drawings needed to liaise effectively with clients and engineers. Ideally the right candidate will be qualified to HNC/HND level or above, with strong written and communication skills.

  • Prior experience within M&E/HVAC project management
