£29,000 - £35,000 (Regular Salary Review) + Training + Autonomy + Progression + Half Day Friday + 27 Days Holiday + Pension

On offer is a senior and autonomous role leading all aftersales activities for a range of clients across the UK and worldwide
This business is the World's leading Manufacturer in their specialist field, supplying equipment to a wide variety of industries across the UK, American and Asia. They have grown rapidly since their founding and are still thriving through this period of economic uncertainty, investing heavily back into the business. So they can keep up with demand and future growth, they are looking to bring in an additional Aftersales Team Leader to help look after production
In this role, you will play a key part in all onsite Aftersales activities liaising with both clients and the internal technical team problem solving and dealing with customer queries and questions. As well as this you will have full autonomy to implement new strategies to improve the aftersales team and processes. There is assembly and manufacture on site, so you will get to see the products first hand. The role is days based with an early finish on Fridays.
