Systems Engineering Manager - Electrical Systems
Location: Burlington, Vermont - Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
$170,000 - $190,000 + Product Training + Benefits + Healthcare + Relocation Support ($18K)

This highly respected engineering company is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to drive systems engineering excellence across complex electrical products. You'll play a key role in developing requirements management processes, improving engineering methodologies, and providing technical leadership across multidisciplinary product development programs.
You will lead systems engineering activities throughout the product lifecycle, owning requirements development, systems architecture, verification strategies, risk management, and cross-functional technical delivery while mentoring and developing engineers within a collaborative and highly visible engineering environment.

The Role:
- Lead and develop systems engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices across complex electrical product development programs
- Own requirements management, systems architecture, verification planning, risk analysis, and technical decision-making throughout the product lifecycle
- Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring successful project delivery
- Mentor, develop, and lead engineers while driving continuous improvement and engineering excellence
