IT System Administrator (Tier 1 / 2)

Are you System Administrator / IT Help Desk Lead with good knowledge of connectivity and SQL looking to broaden your technical skills and have clear progression routes and training to upskill into tier three support?
This is a great opportunity to showcase your knowledge and take on more responsibility in an industry leading manufacturing / production company who are partnered with some of the biggest Corporations across the US.
As a System Administrator you be a key player and recognized as 'the go to person' for their Philadelphia site primarily responsible for Tier 1 / 2 internal support with a strong focus on ERP, Servers and Active Directory to maintain, update and patch their internal infrastructure. Tech Will Include: Hardware, Servers, Active Directory, SQL, ERP Software.
The ideal candidate would be a System Administrator who is career driven, looking for training / progression routes and wants to showcase their technical skills within a leading manufacturing company.
The Position:
* Tier 1 / 2 Support
* Hardware Support set up
* Resolve Help Desk Ticketing Issues
* Server, ERP and Active Directory patches and maintenance
* Cross collaboration across a broad spectrum of internal stakeholders
* Onsite
The Person:
* Good experience dealing with Internal Infrastructure
* Understanding of Connectivity issues such as IP, Latency and Network
* Previous experience dealing with ERP Systems, Servers
* Experience with SQL and or VBA is a plus!
