Sustainability Estimator.

Location: Cheam, Sutton

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (Dependant on Experience)

The role will include attending various semi-commercial and commercial properties, using your industry knowledge to present the client with renewable and sustainable improvements. This will include providing detailed estimates and quotes for the client, including cost estimates, time estimates and overall customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the projects, including sustainability assessments, compiling reports and clients liaison. As a sustainability expert you will also meet with clients to develop and present your project design proposals.

This role would suit an experienced estimator, with excellent communication skills and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have relevant NVQ 2 qualifications and have relevant qualifications in energy efficiency or assessing. Extensive knowledge in the renewable and sustainable industries, including knowledge of air source pumps and solar thermal is also essential.

The Person:

  • Relevant NVQ 2 Qualifications
  • Detailed knowledge of the renewable and sustainable industries
  • Full UK Driving License
