$120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Relocation + Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)

To date this decade, the team has built or is actively developing close to 1,500 units, with the capability to produce over 1,000 units this year. Due to winning a number of high-value, lucrative contracts they are looking to recruit a motivated Lead Superintendent to join their loyal team.
Based in San Diego, California, this role offers the opportunity to lead field operations on modular multifamily builds, manage high-performing crews, and collaborate closely with the project team to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery.

The Role:
- Lead Superintendent - Modular Multifamily Construction
- Managing high-value modular multifamily projects from ground break to closeout
- Working closely with the project manager and client to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery
- Leading field crews, safety compliance, and quality control on crucial housing projects
The Person:
- High-level experience superintending large-scale modular or multifamily construction projects
- Strong understanding of prefabrication, off-site construction, or manufacturing-based delivery
- Professional with high standards, great communication, and the ability to liaise with project executives
- Proven ability to lead high-performing field crews while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards
