In this role you will own the full MEP scope end-to-end: directing field superintendents, managing crews of 20+, controlling job cost and forecasting, coordinating across engineering and VDC teams. The Role:
- Lead and direct all MEP field operations across large-scale commercial construction projects including hospitals, data centres and advanced manufacturing facilities
- Supervise field superintendents and manage large crews
- Drive team development, shape the working environment and build the culture within your project teams
The Candidate:
- Experienced General Foreman, General Superintendent or equivalent
- Proven track record managing MEP commercial projects
- Looking to take ownership & progress into senior management
