Up to £40,000 + Overtime + Holidays + Pension


Are you an experienced site supervisor or senior engineer looking to take your career further by leaving your mark on a major power generation facility in the hull area?

This company specialise in the development of low carbon power generation including biomass plants, solar PV and other energy-from-waste solutions. Their mission is centered around the stabilization of renewable energy sources for their consumers making it easier for the UK to reach their Net 0 targets, following a very successful 2021 they have acquired a new site and as such are looking for a Site Supervisor.

In this role you will have complete management over the 12MW biomass facility located in Hull, this will entail planned maintenance and reactive servicing works, adherence and compliance to HSEQ protocols and general fuel management. As well as this you will have line management responsibilities to ensure all objectives are met and will oversee work completed by subcontractors to ensure standards are always met.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Site Supervisor on an Energy-from-waste plant and will be HSEQ qualified and have extensive knowledge of legislative protocols. In order to be successful in this position you will need to be capable of supervising a plant with continual heat demand and large machinery.

The Role:
*Site Supervisor- Biomass Plant
*Complete management of the Biomass heating system, steam generator and any other equipment on the Plant
*HSEQ compliance, planned and reactive servicing and fuel management
*Overseeing subcontractor activity on site
*General Line Management responsibilities

The Person:
*Supervision experience on biomass heating system machinery
*Line management experience
*HSEQ qualified supervisor or extensive knowledge on legislation and protocols
*Technical/Engineering educational qualification
*BOAS qualification to supervisor level
