Gloucester (nationwide travel)

£40,000 - £55,000 + Excellent Training + Progression + Car Allowance/Company Vehicle + Private Healthcare + Full Expenses

Fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager looking to join an industry leading environmental and remediation contractor and consultant, where you will work on a variety projects and be supported with an excellent training programme and progression up to Senior Site Manager or Project Manager.

Are you an experienced Site Manger working within the construction industry? Do you have experience working on groundworks? On offer is the chance to join a company operating at the forefront of their market and protecting environmental spaces at the same time.

The company are comprised of three main divisions; environmental consultants, remediation of sites for development (core business) and quarry restoration. They have been established for 20 years and are now looking at expanding across multiple sections of the business to keep up with the increased work load. The company work on anything from wetland creation to 100 housing plots for Homes England and development sites for the MOD.

As a Site Manager you will be required to required to work nationwide on projects and manage the employees and subcontractors on site. Ideally you will have tickets for heavy machinery and have a good working knowledge of groundworks. You will be responsible for ensuring health and safety is maintained and projects are completed to client specifications and on time. As a result you will be rewarded with a great package, future opportunities to progress and an excellent training programme.

The role would therefore ideally suit someone with previous Site Management experience within the groundworks industry looking to take on a new challenge with a growing organisation.

The Role:

  • Site Management (construction background or similar)
  • Remediation, Environmental and Restoration
  • Nationwide UK travel required and overnight stays.

The Person:

  • Previous experience in construction related field
  • SMSTS & Machinery Tickets
  • Full UK license
